Meet Nina Isabella
Nina Isabella Interior Design is a full-service design studio collaborating with homeowners and boutique commercial clients nationwide.
With over 15 years of experience, our team combines refined design sensibility with efficient systems, clear process leadership, and trusted relationships with top craftspeople, fabricators, and trade partners. From initial vision to installation and reveal, we guide every phase with thoughtful coordination and care.
We balance creative vision with organizational rigor so that clients experience clarity at every step, confident that every detail is executed with intention and quality.
Our Process
1) Discovery & Design Direction
We begin by understanding how you live and how you want your home to feel. Through site visits, documentation, questionnaires, and a kick-off meeting, we establish a clear vision, preliminary layouts, and an aligned investment range
2) Detailed Designs & Selections
We develop comprehensive floor plans, elevations, and layered design presentations. Materials, finishes, furnishings, lighting, and custom elements are thoughtfully curated and refined.
3) Procurement & Construction Coordination
We manage ordering, vendor communication, tracking, contractor collaboration, and on-site oversight as needed. We prepare specifications and coordinate with trusted trades to ensure the design is executed properly.
4) Installation, Styling & Reveal
Once construction is complete and furnishings arrive, we oversee full installation. Artwork is hung, accessories are layered, final details are refined — and your home is revealed, ready to live in.

We take on a limited number of full-service projects each year to ensure an elevated, highly attentive experience.
Investment: We partner with you to shape a home that feels beautiful, practical, and personal — handling the complexity while you enjoy the calm. With coordinated selections, trusted trade relationships, and careful stewardship, we bring your vision to life.
To support thoughtful design and lasting quality, clients typically budget around $125–$150 per square foot for furnishings, finishes, and curated details.

A guided design plan for clients ready to implement on their own timeline.
For those who want a professionally designed space but prefer to manage purchasing and execution independently, this package provides a clear roadmap forward.
Through a focused design strategy session and a custom Design Roadmap, we establish layout direction, aesthetic clarity, and purchasing priorities so you can confidently move ahead without guesswork or overwhelm.
This offering is best suited for clients comfortable making decisions, coordinating deliveries, and implementing a plan once it has been professionally defined.
Includes:
- Pre-meeting preparation review
- 90-minute Design Strategy Session
- Custom Design Roadmap with layout guidance, design direction, and sourcing starting points
Does not include:
Procurement, revisions, project management, or installation oversight.Investment: $3,000 for one room; $4,000 for two rooms
